Job Title: Beverage Cart Attendant

Reports To: Golf Shop Manager, Asst. Golf Shop Manager

Qualifications: Must be outgoing and personable. Should be organized and able to handle multiple tasks at one time. Must be honest and trustworthy with a good sense of responsibility.

Role Description: To enhance quality service during work shift. Responsible for the execution and completion of duty assignments. Maintain professional and business profile while acting as a San Antonio Country Club representative. High visibility during shift. Close communication between peers, supervisors and managers. Interaction with membership and guests as necessary to maintain the high quality standards of SACC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and friendly service to members and guests on the golf courses.
  • Knowledgeable of the Food and Beverage items (i.e. menu, beers, liquors, sodas, etc.)
  • Have all Food and Beverage tickets completed properly with a server number, date, member's signature and member's number.
  • Knowledgeable of the layout of the San Antonio Country Club.
  • Direct members and guests to the golf pro shop, cart barn and the driving range.
  • Responsible for a cash bank.
  • Maintain accurate daily inventories of food and beverage items.
  • Knowledgeable of the Club's management and hours of operation for all Club outlets.
  • Communicates effectively with fellow wait staff, members, Golf Shop Supervisor, and other Food and Beverage Management and staff.
  • Performs all other duties as directed by supervisor or manager of the Club.
