Position: Golf Operations Team Member
Location: Haig Point Club & Community

Purpose:
Deliver exceptional customer service to Haig Point Members and Guests with a genuine and professional approach. Anticipate and fulfill customer needs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Greet Members and Guests upon arrival.
  • Set up, maintain, and clean the Practice Facility and associated equipment.
  • Stage and prepare golf carts with all required supplies.
  • Manage Member clubs, push carts, and storage requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all golf-related areas (cart barn, podium area, putting green, etc.).
  • Assist with on-course duties such as pace-of-play monitoring and deliveries.
  • Ensure comfort stations are fully stocked and clean.
  • Support Golf Professionals with daily operations and special tasks.
  • Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and equipment preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and operate light equipment for extended periods.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel) is a plus.
