As the host of Major Championships and upcoming events, including the 2030 PGA Championship and 2037 Ryder Cup, we strive to deliver world-class experiences for our Members and Team Members alike.
We are seeking a Golf Operations Administrator who will serve as a key support partner to the Golf operation, helping create seamless experiences for Members, while supporting communication, organization, and administrative excellence across the department.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, proactive, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences through thoughtful coordination and service.
What will be expected of you:
  • Manage Member preferences and maintain accurate records to personalize the golf experience.
  • Assist Members with tee time reservations at Congressional and reciprocal clubs.
  • Coordinate department communications, including email campaigns, announcements, and event communications.
  • Serve as a resource for Member billing questions and assist with account follow-up.
  • Organize and maintain golf office systems, records, supplies, and administrative processes.
  • Support the planning and execution of Member golf events, tournaments, and special programs.
  • Coordinate team schedules, departmental celebrations, recognition efforts, and internal communications.
  • Assist with club relationships and reservation requests.
  • Maintain accurate reports, participation data, and operational records.
  • Partner with departments across the Club to strengthen the connection between golf and the overall Member experience.
  • Support golf leadership with special projects and operational initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with Members, guests, and team members throughout the Club.
  • Represent Congressional Country Club with professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail.
