GOLF SHOP ATTENDANT - Seven Canyons Golf (Sedona, AZ)

Come be a part of the vibrant team at the Seven Canyons Golf. We are seeking a full-time Golf Shop Attendant to provide amazing customer service for our members and guests. Our Golf Shop Attendant should be our most enthusiastic and courteous employees as they are on the front line and often a first impression of our facility.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and customer service personality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic register skills
  • Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge about the game of golf preferred

Duties:

  • Customer reservations for guests to enjoy our golf course
  • Provides customer service to arriving guests / check-in process
  • Arrange and display golf shop inventory as needed
  • Collects green and cart fees from guests and processes in the POS system as trained
  • Issues receipts of guest purchases
  • Assist in packing/unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies
  • Assists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
