Professionals in this field oversee day-to-day activities such as staffing, budgeting, marketing, event planning, and ensuring a high-quality experience for members and guests. They may also handle maintenance, customer service, and compliance with industry standards. A career in golf management combines business skills with a passion for the sport, making it ideal for those who want to work in the golf industry.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in golf management, and why are they important?

To thrive in Golf Management, you need a solid understanding of golf operations, business administration, and customer service, typically supported by a degree in sports management or a related field. Are you looking to be part of a company that will stand the test of time, create opportunities for you to grow and to have fun? Eagle’s Landing Country Club is looking for a talented Golf Course Superintendent to join our team and lead the way in maintaining and enhancing the golf course experience for our guests.

About Eagle’s Landing Country Club:

Eagle's Landing Country Club is a premier private club located in Stockbridge, Georgia, just 20 minutes south of downtown Atlanta and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The centerpiece of the club is its Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course, which opened in 1988 and remains one of the finest examples of Fazio's work in the Southeast. The course gained national recognition as the longtime host of the LPGA Tour's Chick-fil-A Charity Championship, welcoming the world's best players to Henry County throughout the 1990s and early 2000s and cementing its reputation as a true championship venue.

The golf course winds through the rolling terrain and mature hardwoods of the Eagle's Landing community, featuring bentgrass putting surfaces, dramatic elevation changes, and the strategic bunkering and shot values that define a classic Fazio design.

Beyond the golf course, Eagle's Landing offers a full country club experience, including tennis, aquatics, fitness, and dining, all anchored by an active and engaged membership that takes pride in the club's championship pedigree.

In 2005, several of the partners came together to realize a long-desired dream and created Century Golf Partners; a golf investment and management company. In the same year, the company also acquired the exclusive worldwide rights to the Arnold Palmer Golf Management brand and accordingly, Century Golf Partners operates many of its clubs under the Arnold Palmer Golf Management name.
