Banner Medical Group (BMG) is expanding our presence in Glendale, AZ, and we're looking for a talented Trauma Surgeon to be part of our growth story!
The Division of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center offers a dynamic environment where you'll provide comprehensive surgical care within our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Our surgeons are dedicated to excellence in patient care, resident mentorship, and medical student education.
We're seeking a passionate surgeon who can:
  • Work effectively with diverse students, trainees, and colleagues
  • Participate in Acute Care and Trauma surgery call
  • Provide surgical trauma ICU coverage
  • Deliver backup call coverage as needed
  • Develop a full-time clinical practice
  • Educate residents and medical students
  • Participate in clinical research
Your qualifications should include:
  • Board Certification/Eligibility in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
  • Fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care, Acute Care Surgery & Trauma
  • Demonstrated clinical and didactic teaching ability
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations
  • ATLS Instructor qualifications and teaching background
