The Dunes Golf & Beach Club is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and service-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As the Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and executing a wide variety of Club events, including member social functions, holiday celebrations, corporate meetings, private dining events, and special Club activities. Working closely with department leaders across the Club, you will help ensure every event reflects the high standards of service and hospitality for which the Dunes Golf & Beach Club is known.

Key Responsibilities

As the Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning and execution of Club events from concept through completion. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and manage Club-sponsored events, member functions, meetings, and private events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event hosts, members, and internal departments throughout the planning process.
  • Develop event timelines, schedules, room setups, and logistical plans to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct site visits and planning meetings with members and guests to understand event objectives and preferences.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Monitor event budgets and expenses while helping maximize operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback to continually improve the member experience.
  • Maintain accurate event records, contracts, calendars, and planning documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Event Planning Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, private clubs, hotels, resorts, or related industries preferred.
