Position Overview


Hell’s Kitchen Pickleball Club (HKPC) is seeking a Director of Golf to lead and grow Hell’s Kitchen

Golf Club, our dedicated golf operation within the broader HKPC club environment. Hell’s Kitchen Golf Club currently offers a premium indoor golf experience centered around

TrackMan technology, and we are in the process of expanding our golf footprint to include additional TrackMan bays and a PutView putting system. The Director of Golf will play a

central role in that expansion and in shaping the long-term direction of the golf program.This individual will have overall responsibility for golf operations, programming, instruction,

member engagement, events, retail inventory, and the continued growth of Hell’s Kitchen Golf

Club. The role will also oversee the club’s broader pro shop operation, including both golf and pickleball merchandise and equipment.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who combines strong golf knowledge with hospitality, programming, operations, and an entrepreneurial mindset.


Qualifications


 Strong knowledge of golf, golf instruction, equipment, rules, and the overall golf

industry.

 Experience with TrackMan or comparable golf simulator and launch-monitor technology

strongly preferred.

 Familiarity with PutView or other putting-analysis technology is a plus.

 Previous experience in golf operations, private clubs, golf instruction, indoor golf

facilities, resorts, hospitality, or related environments preferred.

 PGA membership or PGA Associate status is preferred but not required for the right

candidate.

 Experience managing retail or pro shop inventory is strongly preferred.

 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop genuine relationships with

members.

 Comfortable interacting with golfers ranging from complete beginners to accomplished

and competitive players.

 Strong organizational, programming, and event-management skills.

 Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building and growing a golf operation.

 Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a larger management

team.

 Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on

programming and club needs.

 Strong understanding of hospitality and the expectations associated with a premium

private club environment.

 Familiarity with pickleball is helpful but not required.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal Director of Golf is equal parts golf professional, host, operator, retailer, and program

builder.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor interacting with members but can

also think strategically about the growth of Hell’s Kitchen Golf Club. This person should be

comfortable helping a new golfer hit their first shots on TrackMan, discussing launch conditions

with a low-handicap player, running a tournament, developing putting programming around

PutView, managing pro shop inventory, coordinating a corporate event, and planning the next

phase of the club’s golf expansion.

Within HKPC, Hell’s Kitchen Golf Club has been established as a dedicated golf offering for

members, combining premium simulator technology, instruction, competition, social

the Director of Golf will have a significant opportunity to influence the next stage of Hell’s

Kitchen Golf Club’s growth and help establish it as a premier indoor golf experience in New York

“Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus significant performance-based earning opportunities. The Director of Golf will earn up to 100% of golf instruction revenue and participate financially in the growth of golf programming, events, club fitting, merchandise sales, and other revenue-generating initiatives. The compensation structure is designed to provide substantial upside for an entrepreneurial, high-performing golf professional.”
