Are you looking for a seasonal job where you can work outdoors, be part of a great team, and see the results of your effort every day? Racine Country Club is hiring Seasonal Grounds Crew Members to join our team through November!
This is a perfect opportunity for motivated and dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and want to be part of maintaining one of the area’s most beautiful and well-kept golf courses. 
What You'll Do
As a Seasonal Grounds Crew Member, you'll be a key part of keeping our course in top shape. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Mowing, edging, and trimming fairways, greens, roughs, and tee boxes.
  • Operating and maintaining a variety of groundskeeping equipment (mowers, trimmers, utility vehicles).
  • Raking bunkers, repairing divots, and aerating greens.
  • Helping with irrigation maintenance and special landscaping projects.
  • Assisting in tournament setups and course enhancements.
  • Keeping the course clean and presentable for members and guests.
  • Following all safety procedures to ensure a safe, productive work environment.
Who We're Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you:
  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Can reliably work early mornings 5:00 AM start Monday- Friday and Saturday OR Sunday 5a-8a.
  • Enjoy physical work and being outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and show up on time.
  • Can lift heavy objects and operate maintenance equipment.
  • Work well with others and bring a positive attitude every day.
  • Have landscaping or groundskeeping experience (a plus, but not required).
  • Have a basic understanding of golf course operations (also a plus).
