A golf course is a large outdoor area designed for playing the sport of golf. It typically consists of a series of holes, each with a teeing area, fairway, rough, hazards (such as sand bunkers and water), and a green with a flagstick and hole. Golf courses can vary in size and layout but usually have either 9 or 18 holes. They require regular maintenance to keep the grass and landscaping in optimal condition for play. Golf courses may also include practice facilities, clubhouses, and other amenities for players.

What are some typical challenges faced by staff working on a golf course, and how can they prepare for them?

Golf course staff often encounter challenges such as maintaining course conditions during adverse weather, coordinating with groundskeepers to ensure playability, and managing high volumes of players during peak times.
