Position Description:

Green Valley Ranch Golf Club is searching for motivated men and women to join our agronomic team for the 2024 season! We are an upscale public golf course located just east of Denver in Green Valley Ranch, CO, home to the Inspirato Colorado Open Championships.Have you ever wondered how people maintain golf courses to make them look so beautiful? Now's your chance to find out! We have a very diverse, laid-back staff of men and women who have fun making landscapes look beautiful in an outdoor environment. In addition, work BBQ's and summer social gatherings will be planned throughout the season.
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will receive great golf maintenance skills as well as understanding the hard work and keen eye for detail it takes to maintain an 18-hole championship golf course.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs and bunkers
Operate ride-on mowing equipment
Operate string trimmers
Using a variety of different tools such as rakes and shovels
Hand watering the course
Sod laying and planting flowers
Perform other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver's license. Previous experience in a similar position preferred but not necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to lift 50lbs
Pass a background check and drug screening
Adaptable to working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.)
WORK SCHEDULE:
Part-time/Full-time shifts available
Seasonal
Must be able to work some weekends and holidays
In season start time of 5AMFlexible daily scheduleCOMPENSATION:
