As a groundskeeper you would perform a variety of duties to support the ongoing care and maintenance of the grounds and related areas at SentryWorld

What You'll Do

As a Groundskeeper, you'll:

  • Perform maintenance of grounds around SentryWorld Properties. Some tasks include mowing, string trimming, edging, mulching, etc. to enhance the appearance of SentryWorld
  • Prepare playing surfaces on the golf course such as greens, tees, fairways, rough, bunkers
  • Assist with projects, cultural practices and other assigned duties from the Golf Course Management team.

What it Takes

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Motivated and punctual, able to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Ability to use routine hand and power tools, exercise common courtesy, and understand and follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with a valid driver's license
  • Available to work irregular hours/days to meet deadlines or accommodate weather conditions, which may be flexible up to 40 hours per week.
