The Valley Club of Montecito has an exciting opportunity in seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join their Agronomy Team under the direction of Kevin Oโ€™Connor, Director of Agronomy. Executive Golf Search, Inc. will be reviewing applicants in September and October of 2026 to fill this position in the fall of 2026.


The Valley Club of Montecito was built in 1929 and designed by Alister MacKenzie. It is known as the premier private golf club in Santa Barbara and has a very exclusive membership. Valley Club is ranked in the Top 100.


The ability to work with a seasoned staff is mandatory and there are 21 full time employees under the supervision of the management team. A 2 yr. degree or equivalent is required in turfgrass management or a related field. Compensation will be determined on experience of applicants.
