Golf course maintenance staff frequently encounter challenges such as unpredictable weather, pest management, and maintaining turf health across large areas. Addressing these issues often involves adapting schedules around weather patterns, using integrated pest management practices, and regularly monitoring soil and grass conditions. Ongoing training and the use of modern equipment also help staff stay ahead of maintenance challenges and keep the course in top shape.
