Position Summary:

The Golf Course Maintenance Laborer is responsible for performing routine manual tasks essential for maintaining the golf course's quality and appearance. Duties include mowing greens, tees, and collars, as well as maintaining sand bunkers through raking. This role also involves edging cart paths, bunkers, sprinkler heads, and drains, ensuring a clean and safe environment for players. Operating light equipment for material hauling and debris removal is also required. Additionally, the position involves assisting in the construction of new greens, tees, and fairways by helping with grading, soil preparation, and planting


Performance Objectives:

  • Perform routine manual labor involved in golf course maintenance
  • Mow greens, tees, collars
  • Rake and maintain sand bunkers
  • Edge cart paths, bunkers, sprinkler heads, and drains
  • Operate light equipment in hauling materials and removing debris
  • Assists in construction of new greens, tees, and fairways by grading, preparing soil and planting
