Golf Course Maintenance Crew – Edgewood Country Club (Charleston, WV)

Edgewood Country Club is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Crew team. This position is responsible for assisting with the daily maintenance and appearance of the golf course and club grounds to ensure exceptional playing conditions and an outstanding member experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and roughs

• Raking bunkers and maintaining landscaped areas

• Operating and caring for grounds maintenance equipment

• Assisting with irrigation system maintenance and repairs

• Trimming, edging, and general grounds upkeep

• Preparing the course for daily play and special events

• Following all safety procedures and club standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Previous golf course or landscaping experience is preferred but not required
