Their duties include mowing greens and fairways, raking bunkers, watering plants, repairing divots, and setting up the course for play each day. They work early mornings and often outdoors in all weather conditions, ensuring the golf course remains safe, attractive, and playable. Members of the crew may also operate specialized landscaping equipment and assist with seasonal projects like aeration or overseeding.
