Summary of role and responsibilities: Under the authority of the unit head and/or the nurse, the person holding this position participates in the evaluation, planning and application of care to residents, within the limits of their professional scope of practice and collaborates in the implementation of the PTI for our residents. As a licensed practical nurse, you will have the opportunity to: Collaborating in the planning of daily and emergency interventions for residents; To provide basic and preventative care to residents; To offer services to residents with kindness and in accordance with the establishment's criteria; All other related tasks.
