Job description

The Fountaingrove Club, located in Santa Rosa, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Personal Trainer! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Pay:
$18.50 to $53.00 per hour
Summary:
The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness and is committed to providing an exceptional training experience. We are looking for a trainer who is reliable, energetic, personable, and passionate about helping members reach their goals. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a private-club environment and motivated to build lasting relationships with members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides safe, effective, and personalized one-on-one and small-group training.
  • Develops workout programs based on individual member goals and fitness levels.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with members.
  • Tracks client progress and adjusts programs as needed.
  • Maintains a professional, energetic, and welcoming presence on the fitness floor.
  • Helps develop and grow a personal training client base.
  • Promotes personal training services and engages with members.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and professional training environment.
  • Follows all Club and Troon policies and procedures.
  • Participates in required staff meetings and training.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Previous personal training experience preferred.

Certificates/Licenses:
  • Current nationally recognized personal training certification.
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
