Job Summary


The Tennis Pro Shop Assistant supports the daily operations of the tennis facility by providing exceptional service to members, assisting with retail sales, and ensuring the pro shop is organized, stocked, and welcoming. This role plays an important part in enhancing the overall member experience through professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong hospitality mindset.


Job Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide personalized service 
  • Assist with retail sales, including apparel, equipment, and accessories 
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions accurately and efficiently 
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the pro shop 
  • Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management as directed 
  • Help create and maintain attractive merchandise displays 
  • Answer phone calls, assist with court bookings, and manage reservations 
  • Provide information on tennis programs, clinics, and events 
  • Support tennis professionals with daily operations, events, and tournaments 
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the pro shop
