Description
The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily front-of-house operations of The Grill, Sandwich House, Beverage Cart Operations, and Banquet & Tournament Food and Beverage Service at Talking Stick Golf Club. This position ensures exceptional guest service, efficient team performance, and smooth daily operations while maintaining the club's service standards. The Floor Manager provides leadership and support to all front-of-house team members and serves as the manager on duty during assigned shifts.
Requirements
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying Arizona weather conditions
  • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting and carrying

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant, golf club, resort, or hospitality management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple food and beverage outlets simultaneously.
  • Experience with restaurant and banquet operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of food, beverage, wine, liquor, and tournament service operations.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash management.
  • Current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Service Certification (or ability to obtain)

Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events.
