Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with evaluation of pay structures, recommend compensation rates, and provide general instruction of the day-to-day application of compensation programs, policies, and procedures to the HR organization.
  • Gather data from market-based compensation surveys and use various data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
  • Participate in the preparation, execution, and post-completion of the annual merit planning cycle and payout process.
  • Maintain job descriptions for all positions within the organization.
  • Execute the job code creation and maintenance process for the business.
  • Maintain Compensation philosophy, processes, and policies, to include, updating documents, communicating changes, and retraining stakeholders.
  • Support the annual Compensation cycle, to include, General Wage Increases (GWI), incentive plans, growth promotions process, Pay for Performance (P4P) payouts, etc.
  • Perform audits for data integrity and/or compliance requirements on a designated cadence and initiate corrective actions where needed.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field OR years of experience in lieu of degree required.

Years of Experience: 2 or more years of relevant experience with degree; 6 or more years of relevant experience without degree.

Software Knowledge: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail merge functionality, HR Information Systems (HRIS), and Power BI reporting and analytics.
