NASCAR SpeedPark: PARC Pigeon Forge, LLC, a division of PARC Entertainment, LLC ("PARC"), owns and operates the NASCAR SpeedPark in Sevierville, Tennessee. As an officially licensed attraction of the National Association for Stock Car Racing ("NASCAR"), the park offers exciting side-by-side go-kart racing on eight tracks, together with amusement rides, miniature golf courses, bumper boats, an arcade, and other family-oriented entertainment. Job Purpose: Support daily marketing operations while gaining hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, event promotion, and brand engagement. Assist Marketing Leadership in developing and executing strategies that increase brand awareness, enhance guest engagement, and support park promotions while developing creative, communication, and analytical skills.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Park-Wide Related Duties

  • Support communication of marketing initiatives and updates with leadership and operational teams
  • Participate in front-line operations during peak periods to understand guest experience and support marketing insight
  • Contribute to team support and cross-department collaboration based on operational needs

Department-Specific Duties

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Assist in executing social media campaigns and interacting with guests to increase engagement and brand awareness
  • Produce marketing content including photos, videos, and promotional materials highlighting park attractions and events
  • Support development of print and digital marketing materials, including signage and promotional assets
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience targeting, and performance tracking
  • Support guest communication via phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Participate in promotion of special events, seasonal campaigns, and in-park activations
  • Assist with group sales, birthday party setup, and local partnership initiatives
  • Identify and support influencer and partnership opportunities to expand brand reach
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, campaign metrics, and guest engagement trends
  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategy
  • Support customer engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and guest feedback response
  • Assist with inventory and organization of marketing materials and promotional supplies
  • Complete assigned tasks, checklists, and documentation accurately and on time
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Management

Training & Development

  • Gain hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and marketing campaign execution
  • Develop creative, communication, and analytical skills in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Learn how marketing strategies impact guest behavior, attendance, and overall park experience
  • Cross-train in Admissions to gain understanding of ticketing, guest flow, and front-line operations
  • Apply marketing knowledge in real-time by supporting events, promotions, and guest engagement
  • Participate in planning discussions, campaign reviews, and performance analysis
  • Build confidence through real-world project execution and collaboration with leadership

SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mission Driven - Demonstrated alignment with PARC's vision, mission, and core values
  • Relationships - Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with team members and leadership
  • Required Education - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Preferred Experience - Experience with social media platforms, content creation, or marketing projects preferred
  • Certification/Licensure - Not required; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus
  • Training Requirements - Sexual Harassment and Leadership Boundaries and Professional Conduct training required to be completed with HR within 30 days, plus ongoing leadership training as requested
  • Specific Vision Requirements - Color and peripheral vision, close vision, distance vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus
  • Specific Hearing Requirements - Ability to hear, understand, and respond to verbal communication in both in-person and digital environments, including guest interactions, team communication, and public engagement settings.
