Role: Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in Salesforce testing, Selenium automation, and Child Welfare domain applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating complex business processes, developing automation frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the quality of enterprise Salesforce applications supporting child welfare programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform end to end testing of child welfare case management workflows.
  • Validate intake, safety assessments, foster care, court proceedings, and adoption processes.
  • Verify regulatory compliance for AFCARS, NYTD, and other state and federal reporting requirements.
  • Test complex business rules, eligibility determinations, and provider matching processes.
  • Validate Salesforce security, including Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, and Field Level Security.
  • Test Salesforce standard and custom objects, Flows, Apex Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Validate integrations between Salesforce and external state systems across multiple environments.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Selenium automation frameworks using the Page Object Model.
  • Develop robust XPath and CSS selectors for dynamic Salesforce components.
  • Execute cross browser, responsive, and performance testing.
  • Create, execute, and maintain test cases, automation scripts, and defect reports.
  • Collaborate with development, business, and project teams to ensure application quality.
