Job description

About the Role:
As a CBRE Property Management Sr. Manager, you will lead the strategic oversight of all operational and financial activities for a flagship South Florida asset. This role is the primary steward of the "CBRE Golden Standard," ensuring high-end service delivery on behalf of our ownership partners.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide high-level supervision to site staff, driving a culture of stewardship, accountability, and professional excellence. Lead the recruitment and training of personnel to ensure a "concierge-first" service mentality.
  • Coordinate the team's daily activities, implementing cross-training programs that ensure operational continuity and department-wide performance.
  • Serve as the strategic liaison for high-profile tenants, proactively managing relationships and resolving complex needs to ensure long-term retention.
  • Act as the primary owner representative, delivering sophisticated financial reporting and executive-level communication to ensure investment objectives are met.
  • Develop and control high-value annual budgets and capital improvement plans. Forecast complex performance trends and provide data-driven variance analysis.
  • Lead the implementation of advanced emergency recovery and resiliency programs to safeguard the asset and its occupants.
  • Prepare and approve all legal notices; coordinate with legal counsel to manage property risk and compliance requirements.
  • Audit and oversee rent collection and complex CAM recovery reconciliations to maximize property cash flow and accuracy.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
  • Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
