Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, integrating evidence-based practices to form individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions via in-person or teletherapy, utilizing techniques grounded in established methodologies to promote healing and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitoring progress through regular sessions and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
  • Document all client interactions accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
