• Provide teletherapy options via HIPAA-compliant platforms, accommodating clients with varying needs and preferences for virtual sessions.

Your client base will be diverse, reflecting various backgrounds and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. You will primarily work with adults, but there may also be opportunities to support adolescents and families. Your role is crucial in helping clients overcome challenges and achieve their mental health goals by providing tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capability to foster a safe, respectful therapeutic environment for clients.
• Strong organizational skills allowing for effective caseload management and administrative task execution within a fast-paced setting.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or the use of digital tools in mental health counseling is highly advantageous.
