Pay rate range for successful HVAC installers is dependent on your experience-
Successful Installers get paid hourly plus bonuses- $40K to $100K per year.

Key Responsibilities- partial list
  • Install HVAC equipment with precision and care to meet customer satisfaction
  • Ensure customers' homes are protected and work is done cleanly, safely, and efficiently
  • Submit job-related photos using Measure Quick for 100% quality control
  • Collect all necessary signatures and outstanding balances, ensuring smooth project completion
  • Educate customers on the proper operation of their new system
  • Report key metrics after installation, including static pressure, refrigerant charge, and amperage draws
  • Callback rate of less than 3%
  • 100% accuracy in Measure Quick and invoice submissions
  • A customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher
  • Completion of work within the allocated time and adherence to Goettl's high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and appearance
  • Picture-perfect installations that meet municipal code requirements

Requirements
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment and be committed to professional growth.
  • 4 years of HVAC field experience- required- this isn't for entry level candidates
  • Must have EPA Certification
  • Must have a valid driver's license and two years' satisfactory driving record and able pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Must be over 21
  • Ability to provide a basic set of your own tools
  • Must have flexibility to work schedule (days and hours including some nights & weekends)
