What You'll Do
  • Safely operate company vehicles, on scheduled and on-demand routes.
  • Provide respectful, reliable, and courteous transportation services.
  • Assist passengers with mobility needs, including safely securing wheelchairs and assistive devices.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain accurate trip, mileage, fuel, and passenger records.
  • Follow West Virginia traffic laws and Omega safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming transportation environment.

What We're Looking For
  • Valid CDL with Passenger (P) Endorsement - required.
  • 2+ years of professional driving experience; healthcare, shuttle, transit, or paratransit experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Martinsburg and surrounding communities.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years.
  • Ability to pass required physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screenings.
  • Reliable, punctual, patient, and safety-focused.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Patient, dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with individuals with disabilities.
