Job description

As a Senior Go-to-Market Recruiter (Contract), you will be tasked with recruiting top talent to SentinelOne in the Americas region. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts across our Enterprise and Commercial (SMB and Mid Market) Sales, Solutions Engineering, Channel Sales, and other go-to-market teams, while playing a key role in partnering across the business on best practices in hiring, interviewing, and closing. You will uphold high recruiting standards, with a focus on candidate experience at every stage of the recruiting cycle. You will be a key member of the team focused on hiring top talent into the company while also managing recruiting-related projects.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, identifying, engaging, and evaluating top candidates.
  • Source and maintain a pipeline of strong, passive candidates across go-to-market functions.
  • Be a thought partner to executives and stakeholders to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent across the company.
  • Act as an advocate for both clients and candidates, establishing regular touchpoints and maintaining thorough follow-through.
  • Participate in recruiting projects and initiatives that improve the recruitment process for the recruiting team, candidates, and the hiring panel.
  • Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates.
  • Work closely with interview teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record hiring quota-carrying GTM talent (AE, SE, Channel, etc) in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Deep outbound sourcing expertise, with the ability to build a pipeline through competitor org mapping, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, and referral networks.
  • Strong GTM domain fluency: you understand sales motions and methodologies (MEDDPICC, etc.) and can evaluate a candidate's discovery and deal execution in real depth.
  • The ability to critically assess a sales track record, including quota attainment, quota size, deal size, ramp time, and new logo versus expansion mix, and separate real performance from inflated claims.
  • Experience partnering with senior sales leadership as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Comfort operating at speed and scale, managing 10-15 concurrent requisitions across segments without sacrificing candidate quality or experience.
  • A data-driven approach to recruiting, using funnel conversion, time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and offer acceptance metrics to influence hiring decisions and forecast capacity.
  • Fluency with AI as part of your recruiting craft.
  • Compensation and equity literacy, including the ability to negotiate around total compensation packages.
Why SentinelOne?
