Imperial Brady has a Transportation Supervisor role available! Join a strong and continuously evolving group, helping to continue to grow our business. If you're eager for your next challenge, Imperial Brady is a great place to take that next step.
The schedule is Monday through Friday 6:00am to Finish
You will:
  • Create and manage Driver Qualification (DQ) files
  • Manage Department of Transportation (DOT) audits
  • Establish delivery routes that are cost-effective and compliant with Federal DOT guidelines
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards, quality, and satisfaction
  • Utilize Roadnet application to ensure delivery costs are held to the company-expected run rates
  • Optimize routing schedules while strongly emphasizing driver safety
  • Cultivate excellent relationships with the drivers and customers
  • Monitor sudden route changes or road construction to establish new routes to maintain timely deliveries

You have:
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of distribution, logistics, transportation, or related work experience
  • Ability to create, manage, and calculate routes
  • Experience with DQ file compliance
  • Knowledge of the LOCAL AREA
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word and experience with RoadNet is a plus
  • Safe Drive experience is a plus
  • CDL A is a plus
