CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Massage Therapist to join our team at Everline Spa & Resort.  You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. A massage therapist provides a variety of touch modalities for our guests as listed in the Spa Menu which include massage and body treatments. Using outstanding guest service the massage therapist will also suggest products and services to meet the individual needs of each guest.

Located in California’s Olympic Valley, Everline Resort & Spa provides a premier mountain getaway to North Lake Tahoe.   • Restore and restock treatment rooms to a neat and professional manner after each service.
  • Ensure the privacy of each guest.
  • Provide consultation to guests as needed to determine their unique needs and expectations

  • Equipped with a state issued Massage Therapist license.
  • Educated with an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experienced with two (2) to three (3) years previous Massage Therapist experience, preferably in a luxury resort.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • The therapist requires the ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, bending, and using hands and arms to apply constant pressure and repetitive motions. Must have strength, stamina, and dexterity to perform various techniques safely and effectively. This position also requires the ability to lift and position (up to 25lbs) and assist clients safely getting on and off massage tables. 
  • This role involves regular exposure to dim lighting, light to moderate volume of sound, and aromatherapy scents.
  • Requires maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace with exposure to certain cleaning materials.
