The Senior Associate, Strategy & Transformation is a high-impact individual contributor role embedded within Go Rentals' Strategy & Transformation function. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; strong academic record expected.
  • 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or equivalent); candidates with a mix of consulting and industry experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to complex, cross-functional workstreams.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills - able to build financial models, size opportunities, and synthesize large data sets into clear insights.
  • Strong working knowledge of BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
