Weโ€™re hiring a Senior Electrical Estimator to take ownership of high-value commercial projectsโ€”from ground-up builds to complex tenant improvements. This is a leadership-level role where your expertise directly impacts project success and company growth.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead electrical estimating for commercial projects (TI, ground-up, takeovers)
  • Review plans, specs, and drawings to define scope and identify risks
  • Build accurate, competitive bids and proposals
  • Analyze subcontractor/vendor pricing for cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and leadership
  • Support contract negotiations and scope alignment
  • Track budgets and provide cost control insights throughout projects
  • Maintain and improve estimating systems and cost databases


What You Bring

  • 7+ years of electrical estimating experience (commercial/retail preferred)
  • Proven experience in a senior or lead estimating role
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and installation methods
  • Ability to interpret MEP, architectural, and structural plans
  • Proficiency with tools like Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Intellibid, Autodesk, etc.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
