What is Go programming?

Go programming refers to the use of the Go language, also known as Golang, which is an open-source programming language developed by Google. Go is designed for simplicity, efficiency, and reliability, making it well-suited for building scalable web servers, cloud-based applications, and other high-performance software. Its strong support for concurrency, garbage collection, and easy-to-read syntax have contributed to its popularity among developers. Go is often used in backend development, DevOps, and microservices architectures.

What are some common challenges Go programmers face when working on large-scale projects?

Go programmers working on large-scale projects often encounter challenges such as managing dependencies across multiple modules, ensuring efficient concurrency without introducing race conditions, and maintaining code readability as the codebase grows. Collaboration with other team members is key, as Go encourages code simplicity and clear documentation, making code reviews and shared standards important. Additionally, integrating Go services with existing systems and optimizing performance for production environments can present learning opportunities and growth experiences.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Go programmer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Go Programmer, you need strong proficiency in the Go programming language, a solid understanding of software engineering principles, and typically a degree in computer science or related experience. Familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, and cloud platforms, as well as knowledge of RESTful APIs and concurrency patterns, is highly valuable. Problem-solving ability, effective communication, and teamwork are essential soft skills for collaborating on complex projects and adapting to evolving requirements. These skills and qualities are crucial for building efficient, scalable, and maintainable software solutions in fast-paced development environments.

Go-To-Market Enablement Manager

Cast AI

Atlanta, GA

Full-time

Posted 24 days ago

Job description

Why Cast AI?

Cast AI is an automation platform that operates cloud-native and AI infrastructure at scale. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and cloud environments, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency in production.

The old way doesn't work. As Kubernetes and AI environments grow, manual decisions don't. Cast AI replaces tickets, alerts, and manual tuning with continuous automation that adapts infrastructure as conditions change. Efficiency and cost savings follow naturally from that automation.

Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS.

Global team, diverse perspectives
We're headquartered in Miami, but our impact is international. We take a global and intentional approach to diversity. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead.

Unicorn momentum
In January 2026, we achieved unicorn status with a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group (a $50+ billion Korean conglomerate). Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we're just getting started.

Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure.

About the role

Cast AI is the leading Kubernetes cloud cost optimization platform, trusted by engineering and finance teams to dramatically reduce cloud spend. We're growing fast and looking for sharp, execution-oriented people to help scale our go-to-market motion.

As a GTM Enablement Manager, you will design and deliver programs that sharpen the skills, knowledge, and behaviors of our revenue teams — from new hire onboarding to ongoing product training and sales methodology coaching. You will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure every customer-facing employee is equipped to have high-quality conversations, convert pipeline, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM enablement, or a related learning and development role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering enablement programs that measurably improved rep ramp time or sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS enterprise sales cycle, including MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Experience partnering with Product Marketing to create sales-ready content and competitive positioning materials.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; comfortable leading large group training sessions as well as 1:1 coaching conversations.
  • Data-driven mindset — you measure what you build and iterate based on outcomes, not just feedback.
  • Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines independently.
  • Proficiency with enablement and sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, Outreach, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience enabling sales teams in the cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, FinOps, or DevOps space.
  • Familiarity with cloud cost management concepts, Kubernetes architecture, or related technical domains.
  • Experience building enablement programs for global teams across AMER, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Exposure to Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering enablement.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new AEs, BDRs, SEs, and Customer Success hires that accelerates time-to-productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a structured, scalable sales training curriculum covering CAST AI's product, competitive positioning, sales methodology, and buyer personas.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate new product releases and messaging updates into field-ready training content, battlecards, and talk tracks.
  • Build and facilitate live training sessions, workshops, role-plays, and certifications — in-person and virtual — across global teams.
  • Maintain and organize the enablement content library (playbooks, decks, one-pagers, objection handling guides) ensuring materials are current and easily accessible – experience with RevSpace or similar enablement platforms a plus)
  • Measure the impact of enablement programs through completion rates, assessment scores, ramp time, and downstream sales performance metrics.
  • Identify skill gaps and knowledge deficiencies through analysis of rep performance data, call reviews (Gong), and manager feedback; develop targeted interventions.
  • Partner with Systems on tool adoption training to ensure reps are effectively using Salesforce, Outreach, and other platforms in their daily workflows.
  • Create and manage an ongoing coaching cadence in partnership with front-line sales managers to reinforce skills learned in formal training.
  • Own the GTM enablement calendar, coordinating delivery across all functions and geographies to minimize disruption to selling time.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to roll out pipeline generation sales plays to the field.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows to improve seller productivity, coaching effectiveness, prospecting, content creation, and overall GTM execution.
What's in it for you?
  • Competitive salary (depending on the level of experience).
  • Enjoy a flexible, remote-first global environment.
  • Collaborate with a global team of cloud experts and innovators, passionate about pushing the boundaries of Kubernetes technology.
  • Equity options.
  • Learning budget for professional and personal development - including access to international conferences and courses that elevate your skills.
  • Team-building budget and company events to connect with your colleagues.
  • Equipment budget to ensure you have everything you need.
  • Extra days off to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Hiring process
  • Screening call with Recruiter
  • Hiring Manager interview
  • 1-2 additional interviews based on the role
  • Culture Check interview with an executive

*As part of our standard hiring process, we would like to inform you that a background check may be conducted at the final stage of recruitment through our third-party provider, Checkr.
*Please note that Cast AI does not provide any form of visa sponsorship/work permit.
