At Go Auto, we're looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to play a key role in creating an exceptional employee experience from preparing offer letters to welcoming new team members on their first day.

What You'll Do 

  • Creating offer letters and employment agreements for new hires.  
  • Coordinating offer acceptance and employment documentation.  
  • Creating and updating employee compensation and pay plans.  
  • Coordinating employment background checks and licensing requirements.  
  • Maintaining accurate employee information in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).  
  • Supporting our Talent Acquisition team by managing candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).  
  • Coordinating new hire onboarding through our HRIS and ensuring every new employee has a seamless start.  
  • Following up with new hires to ensure onboarding is completed accurately and on time.  
  • Escalating HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Benefits inquiries to the appropriate teams when needed.  
  • Supporting the HR team with administrative projects and continuously looking for ways to improve the employee experience.  

What You'll Bring 

  • At least 1 year of experience in a highly detail-oriented administrative role.  
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.  
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.  
  • High learning agility with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.  
  • The ability to prioritize competing deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.  
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and experience using it in a professional work environment.
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an asset.
