Job Title: Go-Kart Track Attendant
Immediate Supervisor: VP of Track Operations
Employees Supervised: None
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Purpose
As a Go-Kart Track Attendant with Las Vegas Motorsports Park, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of a go-kart track, ride or group of rides (children, family, and/or adult rides) while providing excellent guest service.
• Must be able to push/pull go-karts; Start and stop karts
• Assist guests with loading/unloading
• Brief customers on track procedure and safety
• Provide a safe & fun environment for every customer
• Maintain track appearance and functionality; reports any concerns to management
• Ensure that the pit, kart shop and track areas remain clean and safe
• Ensure the safety of all riders while consistently checking for potential safety issues
• Maintain visual contact with the ride and the guests.
• Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
• Must Be 18 years old
• Must pass drug and background screening
• Clean driving record
• Must be well-groomed and have a neat appearance.
• Ability to work outside and on your feet for long periods of time.
• Must be willing to work outdoors and in all weather, conditions including direct sunlight, hot/cold weather, and rain
• Must have open availability

Work Environment
