Sales Estimator and Go Getter! House Doctors of Northern Colorado

Weโ€™re looking for a confident, driven Sales Estimator who likes to take ownership, move fast, solve problems, and win business.
This is not a desk estimating role. Youโ€™ll be in the field meeting homeowners, evaluating projects, building solutions, presenting pricing, and closing work.
Youโ€™ll have the freedom to manage your day, make decisions, build relationships, and directly impact company growth.
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Meet customers and provide on-site estimates
  • Identify needs and recommend the right solution
  • Present pricing and confidently ask for the sale
  • Always ask, โ€œWhat else can we help with?โ€
  • Identify additional project opportunities
  • Build accurate scopes, labor estimates, and material lists
  • Follow up and drive open estimates to a decision
  • Clearly hand sold projects off to operations
