  • Pest control experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • High level of accountability and reliability

  • Safety-focused approach at all times
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • First-year earning potential: $50,000+ (higher for experienced technicians)
  • Medical Insurance
  • Company-provided truck, equipment, and materials
  • Paid training and certification support
  • Opportunities to grow into advanced services (wildlife, exclusion, commercial accounts)
  • Clear path for advancement within a growing company
Why Bugman Pest Control & Wildlife?

We’re not a corporate operation—we’re a family-owned company backed by a larger organization with real resources, systems, and growth plans.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Build a route you own
  • Increase your income through performance
  • Learn higher-value services most companies don’t offer
  • Be part of a team that is actively growing through expansion and acquisition
