Job description

About the Role This role requires a leader with analytics and strategic insights experience who demonstrates a strong passion for steering the strategic vision, developing action plans based on user and business insights, and aligning business objectives against the largest priority areas. As a Director in Fetch's Go-to-Market team, you will be responsible for building recommendations based on data insights on how we improve the consumer experience in our app and for building and automating workflows to create personalized experiences on our core surfaces. Role Responsibilities Use rigorous analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and user perception for new consumer-facing products, owning the data-driven deliverables for GTM.

Develop and build strategies around user segmentation with clear insights and actions. Drive data-driven decision-making, objective setting, and identify/prioritize notable risks within the business. Use data and experiments to inform product development and product strategy.

Use AI and a range of software tools—including ChatGPT, Snowflake, Google Workspace, and Iterable—to develop efficient workflows that create personalized, custom experiences for users. Identify opportunities for new product and commercial opportunities. Oversee Go-to-Market strategies across a range of consumer products, balancing the needs of commercial partners, users, and overall business strategy.

Minimum Requirements 12+ years experience in an Analytics, Go-to-Market, Strategy & Operations, or Automation role. Relevant experience and/or relevant college degree. Expert ability to analyze complex data and draw conclusions.

Highly Proficient in data visualization. Data modeling experience. Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.

Ability to automate and create efficiencies using AI. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to work collaboratively.

Experience in gaming or consumer-facing apps. Entrepreneurial spirit, high agency, and a self-starter. Preferred Requirements Experience in the ads industry.

Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing market conditions. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Compensation At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits.
