Astoria School District 1C is seeking applicants for Substitute Bus Drivers.
Training will be provided to candidates that meet the following minimum requirements
JOB TITLE: Substitute Bus Drivers
JOB LOCATION: District Wide
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Possess or be able to obtain an OR CDL class B license and School Bus Certificate and First Aid Card
  2. Pass a DOT physical, check of driving and criminal records by ODE, and random drug and alcohol testing
  3. Attend eight (8) hours of class annually
  4. Flexible, dependable, even temperament, and positive attitude

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Transport students safely to and from school
  2. Perform thorough pre-trip inspection and report any malfunctions
  3. Gain knowledge of ODOT laws pertaining to school bus and written policy
  4. Be punctual and communicate professionally with supervisor, staff, and students

SALARY RANGE: $23.85 Hourly
