Summary
Support warehouse and logistics operations for the receipt, storage, dispensing, allocation, and shipment of API and consumable materials. This role supports manufacturing by managing inventory, processing material movements, and coordinating domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with cGMP, quality, and safety standards. The position requires hands-on warehouse work, operation of material handling equipment, and use of SAP, Syncade, and other warehouse management systems.
 
Responsibilities
  • Receive, store, issue, dispense, and allocate API and consumable materials.
  • Support manufacturing by handling and shipping products domestically and internationally.
  • Process SAP transactions including Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, Transfer Order (TO) Creation, and Material Movements.
  • Perform Syncade transactions including material receipt, movement, adjustments, inventory management, and scrapping.
  • Complete inventory control activities and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
  • Install, review, and monitor circular charts as required.
  • Maintain and review logbooks for assigned operations.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, ride-on equipment, order pickers, and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Drive box trucks when required.
  • Perform Lukapak receiving and material handling activities.
  • Utilize DMS and TrackWise systems for documentation and compliance.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Follow cGMP, quality, and safety procedures at all times.
  • Report process deviations, product defects, GMP deficiencies, and safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and logistics operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP, Syncade, or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and shipping/receiving.
  • Experience with domestic and international shipping processes.
  • Understanding of cGMP, GMP, and quality compliance requirements in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, ride-ons, or other powered industrial equipment.
  • Familiarity with DMS and TrackWise is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and solve operational problems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment and lift materials as required.
  • Valid forklift certification and/or box truck driving experience is a plus.
