Position Summary:The basic function of the Finishing Operations is to mix, prepare, and apply paint, ink or other coating agents to products or materials to enhance and/or provide corrosion resistance per manufacturing requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or specifications to determine prepping /deprepping. Mix paints and inks with proper thinner solution to obtain correct consistency for application. Apply paint in accordance with product requirements. Mask parts and clean parts. Select holding fixtures, attachments, accessories, and materials for proper application of paints. Verify finished parts meet specifications and blueprints using measuring devices.Qualifications:Attention to detail and being able to accomplish quality work in a fast paced environment is a must!
