Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, providing detailed information on features, specifications, and benefits.
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key selling points.
  • Present financing and leasing options clearly and comprehensively, collaborating with the finance department.
  • Negotiate sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the customer and dealership.
  • Successfully close sales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers promptly after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
