The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through great communication, solid problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.
This position reports to the Sr. Regional Field Service Manager of the Northwest field service team and will be a fully remote role in Indianapolis area, supporting our customers in the greater Northwest US states.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
  • Proactively manage customer accounts, while building and fostering positive and professional relationships with both external and internal customers
  • Propose process improvements that improve internal and external customer processes
  • Manage a diverse technical product portfolio

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Associates degree with 2+ years of Field Service experience.
  • Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving and repair skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills utilized in a professional manner

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
  • This position requires up to 60% flying and/or driving travel, which includes overnight stays. Travel will primarily be domestic but may occasionally be international.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • This position requires the ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Ability to stand, walk (prolonged), and sit; squat and kneel, ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and arms.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Biology, or related field
  • Previous experience with a customer facing role
  • Previous experience managing a diverse product portfolio

The hourly range for this role is $38.00 - 42.00/hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
