Responsibilities as a Non- CDL Driver:

  • Safely operate company vehicles, including sprinter vans, pickup trucks, and box trucks to transport materials and components between company facilities and customers.
  • Securely load and unload materials to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation, receipts, and shipment records.
  • Perform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Count and verify inventory, ensuring accurate quantities and documentation when not performing driving duties.
  • Operate a forklift to move raw materials, finished goods, and production items throughout the facility.
  • Empty scrap hoppers and assist with routine material handling to support a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.
  • Communicate effectively with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to support daily operations.
  • Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers and coworkers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a non- CDL driver, with a clean driving record.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards for transporting sensitive materials.
  • Ability to countย 
  • Forklift experience is a big plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to operate and maintain various types of transportation equipment.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to precision in handling sensitive components.
