Job description

Quick Facts
Compensation: $17.25/hr plus monthly performance bonuses
Onsite: Greenville, SC
Schedule: Fixed 40 hours/week - Regular, predictable attendance required
 
  • No Sundays
  • One night per week (12PM-8PM)
  • Every 4th rotating Friday (9AM-7PM)
  • Every 4th rotating Saturday (8AM-12PM) with 9 hour shifts during the week (8AM-6PM and 10AM-8PM) - one scheduled day off in the week

What You'll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of auto loan accounts and reduce delinquency.
  • Contact customers to understand intent and ability to pay.
  • Maintain positive relationships while collecting on past-due balances.
  • Negotiate solutions that work for customers and GLS (immediate payments and/or promises to pay with clear dates and amounts).
  • Follow state and company guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accurately document all contacts, outcomes, and follow-up in GLS systems.
  • Meet or exceed assigned goals and business plan objectives.
  • Maintain electronic records and support additional assignments or special projects as needed.

  • Strong judgment and discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information.

Work Environment
  • This role is phone- and computer-based, requiring the employee to be seated for extended periods.
  • Frequent speaking and close visual work, including reading data, screens, and documents.
