What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll work with families who have already requested information about protecting their loved ones.
Your role is to:
- Connect with clients using company-provided warm leads. You never pay for leads.
- Meet virtually over Zoom to understand their needs
- Recommend coverage options and guide clients through the application process
- Build relationships based on education and trust — not pressure sales
- Manage your own schedule and workflow remotely

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with 100% commission-based compensation.
There is no salary or hourly pay.
You can expect to make between $5,000 - $20,000 per month in commissions in your first year.
Income is directly tied to performance, production, and consistency. Many agents appreciate the uncapped earning potential and flexibility that comes with this structure.

Licensing
A Life & Health Insurance License is required to work with clients.
