About the Opportunity

Join Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) and play a critical role in supporting business-critical systems used by Global Supply and Selling Partners around the world.
 
As a Systems Support - System Analyst, you'll provide third-level support, help drive system uptime and resolution outcomes, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of key business platforms.
 
Working in a collaborative global environment, you'll partner with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to solve problems, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of system changes and enhancements.
 
This Brisbane-based opportunity offers exposure to global systems and the chance to make a meaningful impact across the business.
 
 
What you will do:
 
  • Provide third-level support for business-critical systems and escalated queries from Global Supply and Selling Partners
  • Investigate, analyse, and resolve business and system-related issues to minimise disruption and improve user experience
  • Deliver setup, maintenance, and support for TravelBox, HotelHub, HELiO, and associated systems
  • Monitor system performance and communicate findings to vendors and stakeholders where required
  • Contribute to system enhancements and new projects as a subject matter expert
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and training resources
  • Provide internal training and demonstrations to support effective use of business systems
  • Coordinate release management activities with vendors for system modifications and updates
  • Execute functional testing and review system modification documentation
  • Communicate system issues, outages, and changes to users and vendors globally
  • Support software updates, functional enhancements, and change management activities
  • Proactively recommend process improvements to increase system effectiveness and business outcomes

What you will need:

  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in an environment involving information analysis, problem resolution, and business process improvement
  • Experience communicating information effectively through written and verbal channels
  • Experience participating in meetings with business representatives and stakeholders
  • Exposure to travel systems and an understanding of global booking system complexities is desirable
  • Customer service experience within a support environment is desirable
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
