Maintain visibility across active projects, keeping stakeholders informed through consistent communication
Scale Infrastructure & Systems Architecture

Build standardized playbooks, templates, and repeatable workflows for routine work
Design mechanisms that ensure campaigns receive the right level of support as scope evolves
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures with consistent adoption across internal teams and agency partners
Partner with AI and operations leadership to ensure frameworks leverage automation where appropriate
Monitor delivery metrics, identify friction points, and implement improvements that increase throughput and quality
Collaborate on resource planning and capacity strategy, providing demand forecasts that inform scaling decisions
Partner with the Growth and Campaign Strategy Lead on regular portfolio reviews, ensuring stakeholder relationships are healthy and workload is balanced across the studio
About the team

It combines XCM's creative standards with AI-powered automation and external partner capabilities, giving teams the control of an in-house operation with the flexibility of a global partner network.
In our first year, Global Studio established core workflows, onboarded agency partners, and delivered creative production for teams across the globe

We're now expanding our partner base, deepening AI-native workflows, and growing across international markets. You'll be joining at a stage where you can meaningfully shape how the studio operates going forward.
